Rates are quoted per person sharing per night in South African Rand, with meals, two daily game drives, and the Mpembeni community visit included; a single traveller adds 30%.

- All mealsBreakfast, high tea, and dinner are part of the nightly rate, served on the deck, in the boma, or in the glass-fronted dining room, with teas and coffees through the day.
- Two game drives dailyMorning and afternoon drives into Hluhluwe-iMfolozi run every day, with refreshment stops in the bush.
- Mpembeni community walk or driveA guided walk or drive through the neighbouring Mpembeni community, the lodge's co-owner, is part of the standard rate.
- Children's mid-morning driveChildren under six take a dedicated mid-morning drive at no additional charge, since they do not join the standard departures.

- Park fees and the foundation levyThe Isibindi Foundation levy is R 145 per person per night from age 13; Hluhluwe-iMfolozi park fees are paid per day.

- Children pay banded child ratesThe bands run by age for children sharing with two adults; family rooms carry a minimum charge.
- Drives leave twice a daySummer drives run at 06:00 and 16:00, winter at 06:30 and 15:30.
- Meals keep lodge hoursBreakfast runs 07:30 to 10:00 and dinner 19:30 to 21:30, with high tea before the afternoon drive; halaal meals come by advance request.
