A stay at Sungulwane Private Game Lodge booked through Dungbeetle follows the platform booking terms — the same tiers at every lodge.

More than 60 days before arrival
Full deposit refundA cancellation here receives a full refund of the deposit.
Between 30 and 60 days before arrival
Deposit retainedA cancellation here forfeits the deposit.
Inside 30 days of arrival
No refundA cancellation here forfeits the full booking value.
  • The deposit is 50% of the total booking value or R 10 000, whichever is greater. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
  • Days count back from the arrival date at the lodge.
  • We recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical evacuation, and personal effects.
  • If the lodge must close for a force majeure event, you choose an equivalent replacement booking or a full refund.
