Rates are quoted per person sharing per night in South African Rand, on the lodge's all-inclusive basis; a single traveller adds 50%.

- All mealsBreakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner, cooked by the lodge's chefs with locally sourced ingredients.
- Two game drives dailyMorning and afternoon drives across the Big Five conservancy with the lodge's guides; bush walks and hide sessions are charged separately.
- House drinksHouse wines, local-brand beers and spirits, soft drinks, teas and coffees; cellar wines and premium spirits cost extra.
- Wi-FiWi-Fi is part of the nightly rate throughout the stay.

- Conservation levyR 250 per person per night for the Munyawana Conservancy, added to the invoice at booking.
- Premium drinksChampagne, cognac, cellar wines, and premium spirits are billed separately; house wines and local brands are part of the rate.
- On-request activitiesGuided bush walks, photographic hide sessions, and in-room spa treatments are charged per person.
- TransfersRoad transfers from Richards Bay or Durban are arranged and billed separately.
