Rates are quoted per person sharing per night in South African Rand, with meals and the guided activity roster included; a single traveller adds 30%.

- A 2-night minimum stay holds year-roundFrom 15 December to 15 January the minimum is 3 nights.
- Children pay banded child ratesThe bands run by age for children sharing with two adults; family rooms carry a minimum charge.
- Meals keep lodge hoursBreakfast runs 07:00 to 10:30, lunch 13:00 to 14:30, and dinner 19:30 to 21:00; halaal meals come by advance request.
- Childminding comes by arrangementBooked a day ahead, with a 4-hour minimum.
